Join our Financial Services division as a Product Owner / E2E Business Analyst for our Fraud Management Solution, where you'll play a pivotal role in protecting financial transactions and safeguarding our clients. You'll collaborate with 3 fellow Product Owners and work closely with a significant DevOps team of approximately 80 employees to deliver cutting-edge fraud-prevention and -detection capabilities that make a real difference in the financial services landscape.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Actively contribute to requirements engineering and consulting for Fraud Management Solutions with specific clients in the geographic area in collaboration with the Business Delivery Management Define and prioritise parts of the product backlog for fraud management solutions in collaboration with Chief Product Owner, stakeholders and development teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications Work closely with the DevOps team and fellow Product Owners to ensure seamless delivery of fraud management features on the platform Collaborate with Product Management to drive product roadmap decisions Monitor product performance metrics and client/user feedback to continuously improve fraud management platform capabilities Manage Change Requests initiated by clients

Who Are We Looking For

3+ years of product ownership or Business Analysis experience, preferably in financial services or fraud prevention solutions Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements engineering Technical understanding of fraud detection systems, payment processing, and financial technology platforms Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and collaborate effectively with large technical teams Experience with Agile DevOps methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira) Fluent in English and German Language, written and spoken
