Plan and organize the operations of cleaning and food service departments
Oversee service quality: cleanliness, equipment maintenance, compliance with hygiene standards, and adherence to internal service protocols (ABC standards)
Ensure food service complies with all health and safety regulations
Monitor food safety, the quality of prepared meals, serving standards, and overall dining experience
Manage procurement processes for all service-related needs
Organize and supervise care for VIP wardrobe items and clothing storage
Organize and supervise laundry operations and ensure service quality
Maintain a high level of comfort across the premises: set up and maintain garden furniture, recreation zones, pool areas, and other facilities
Organisation of family events, receptions, business, and personal meetings
Staff traininig on service techniques and internal standards
Lead the service team: take part in recruitment, onboarding, motivation, and performance development
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality or luxury service efamily management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and customer service
Ability to manage multiple service areas and delegate tasks effectively
Conditions:
Swiss labor contract with 100% employment;
Work schedule: 48 hours per week, sliding weekends;
Business trips to France;
Salary - discussed individually.
