Showroom & Exhibition Design Manager (a) 60%

MAIN TASKS

Conceptualize and implement international showroom and exhibition designs including layout planning, technical drawings, budgeting, and timeline coordination, and on-site execution Design and develop product displays and point-of-sale materials, from ideation to final production, in collaboration with external suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders Support business development and sales initiatives with tailored spatial concepts, customer-centric layouts, and visually engaging storytelling environments Create training centers and experiential spaces, transforming complex product information into engaging, hands-on learning environments International point of contact for retail and exhibition design

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

Degree (e.g. bachelor) in industrial design / interior design / architecture / marketing 3-5 years professional experience Expertise in retail and brand management Strong project management, communication, and design skills Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), CAD & 3D rendering (ex. KeyShot) High cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse international teams Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Highly proactive, structured, and creative personality with problem-solving mindset
