About the role

As our Talent and People Lead, you're the cornerstone of building and maintaining a great team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with our executive team to find the best talent in the market and successfully onboard them to Namespace.

What you'll do



Own and drive end-to-end hiring across the company, from role definition and sourcing strategy to offer and close Partner closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and translate business goals into scalable hiring plans Design and continuously improve hiring processes that are fast, fair, and candidate-centric Use data and hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve time-to-hire, and raise hiring quality Own employer branding initiatives and ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint Build foundational people processes that support a growing team, including onboarding, feedback cycles, and manager enablement Support performance and growth conversations by helping managers set expectations and develop their teams Help shape company culture by reinforcing values, supporting engagement initiatives, and acting as a sounding board for people-related topics Own and improve core people and talent tools (onboarding workflows, documentation) Ensure people practices are consistent, practical, and compliant, without adding unnecessary bureaucracy Ensure compliance with hiring regulations
