Your Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships with clients and candidates, advising on tailored IT workforce solutions Drive business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and grow Experis' presence in the Basel region Lead and coach a team of IT recruiting professionals to achieve sales and delivery targets Oversee recruiting operations, performance metrics, and financial results Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies Support tender processes and contribute to competitive proposals

Your Profile

Commercial background with leadership experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in IT Strong sales and entrepreneurial mindset, customer orientation, and passion for technology-driven workforce solutions Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus Proficient in MS Office and digital tools with high social media affinity
