MinWave is developing a new generation of
advanced antenna systems
andcommunication terminals
. We are looking for a proactiveTechnical Project Manager
with a background inelectrical or electronic engineering
to oversee multiple development projects, coordinate with customers and partners, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality systems.This is a multidisciplinary role that bridges
engineering, customer management, and operations
.Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor progress across several development projects. Coordinate activities between
engineering teams
,customers
, andindustrial partners
. Organize and leadtechnical and project meetings
, prepare reports, and track milestones. Overseedeliverables
, including prototypes, documentation, and customer shipments. Supportsupply chain activities
, including component sourcing and production follow-up. Contribute toproject budgeting
, scheduling, and risk management. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Electrical Engineering
,Electronics
, or a related field. Proven experience inproject management
within a technical or R&D environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good understanding ofhardware development processes
(PCB design, testing, or system integration). Experience working withexternal partners, suppliers, and customers
. Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).Nice to Have
Experience in
RF, telecommunications, Microwave or antenna systems
. Familiarity withsupply chain coordination
andprototype production
. Knowledge ofproject management tools
(e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).What We Offer
