Area: AG/SO/BS/BL/JU/NE We are working with a leading international provider of diagnostic and analytical solutions to find a Territory Sales Manager for the North-West Switzerland region. This field-based role offers the opportunity to manage your own territory, engage directly with healthcare professionals, and drive sales of innovative diagnostic products and solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow your assigned territory by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and institutions, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and regional sales colleagues to support the sale of equipment, consumables, and service solutions. Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product development, marketing strategies, and competitive positioning. Key RequirementsProven track record in territory or account management within healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or related technical sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Fluent in German and French with readiness to travel extensively within the territory (company vehicle provided).
