Are you passionate about driving transformation and operational excellence? We are looking for a Transformation Office Manager to join the iptiQ Transformation Office on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and support the smooth running of transformation governance and reporting processes.
Swiss Re has announced its decision to exit the iptiQ business. As part of this transition, the Transformation Office plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, alignment, and disciplined execution across the organisation. This position supports that mission by managing key operational processes and enabling effective decision-making.
You will be responsible for managing core activities such as the iptiQ Transformation Committee (iTC), attrition and Business Continuity Management (BCM) reporting, vendor coordination, and project cost tracking. In addition, you will take ownership of team support activities such as organising events and coordinating employee recognition efforts--bringing creativity and care to our team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process for the iptiQ Transformation Committee (iTC), including agenda planning, stakeholder alignment, and documentation
Lead the process management for attrition and Business Continuity Management (BCM) reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights
Oversee vendor management activities, including onboarding, purchase order creation, and invoice tracking
Track and report on project costs, including budgeting, accruals, and cost control in collaboration with Finance
Maintain shared team mailboxes, schedule meetings, and support internal communications
Organise team events and coordinate the procurement of employee gifts and recognition items--adding a personal touch to team engagement
Support ad hoc transformation initiatives and act as a reliable point of contact for cross-functional collaboration
About You
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or transformation support role
Strong understanding of budgeting, accruals, and cost controlling processes
Experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally in a transformation or governance context
Excellent attention to detail and a structured, proactive working style
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
