Translations Coordinator
Position: Translations Coordinator (Fluent Spanish Required)
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Contract Duration: Immediate start until December 2025
Workload: Full-time
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Translations Coordinator to manage multilingual translation workflows and support the coordination of internal and external linguists. You would be working for our Client, a non-profit international financing and partnership organization situated in Geneva.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in translation project management, fluency in Spanish, and proficiency in CAT tools, particularly MemoQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate translation requests and manage supplier rosters
- Prepare and process documents for translation
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and invoicing
- Provide technical support for CAT tools
- Maintain SOPs and ensure quality standards
- Fluent Spanish is essential
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
