Partners Group is looking for a dynamic and team-oriented Treasury Manager in their Global Treasury team.
The Treasury Manager serves as a critical operational specialist responsible for managing and evolving Partners Group's corporate payment infrastructure and treasury operations, acting as the primary liaison between local finance teams and treasury operations to drive operational excellence through process improvements and automation. The role will involve working with internal and external stakeholders and requires experience with global payment infrastructures and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the evolution and maintenance of Partners Group's corporate payment infrastructure from a business and operational perspective including digital transformation and reporting automation
Manage payment provider issues and technical matters as lead business expert; act as primary contact for local finance teams on payments and banking services
Manage connectivity solutions (H2H) and payment system integrations with banks and internal stakeholders such as the dedicated IT and SAP teams and business users
Develop comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks in the countries Partners Group operates and maintain critical documentation including payment signatory policies and training programs
Responsible for specialized treasury activities including intercompany balance management, dividend assessment of affiliates, bank guarantee management, corporate FX risk management and hedging strategies, cash flow forecasting
Lead and/or support strategic treasury projects
What we expect
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. Professional designations (CTP/SCT/ACT) are a plus
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in treasury organization of an international organisation with responsibility for payment infrastructure and a sound knowledge of corporate payment processes
Results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong presentation skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience of working with payment systems, XML payment file formats, TIS, SAP-BCM and online banking systems is a strong advantage
Analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel, and Treasury Management Systems (SAP, TIS, WSS)
Proficient in English, other languages are a plus
