Descrizione del ruolo

Dialife SA cerca un/una Warehouse Manager & Administrative Assistant che gestisca le attivita di magazzino e supporti le funzioni amministrative e di front office. La persona sara responsabile della corretta ricezione, identificazione, stoccaggio e tracciabilita dei materiali secondo le procedure del Sistema di Gestione per la Qualita, oltre a svolgere compiti amministrativi di base (fatture fornitori, archiviazione documenti, ecc.).

Responsabilita principali

Gestione operativa del magazzino: carico/scarico e stoccaggio. Controlli in ingresso e corretta etichettatura dei materiali. Mantenimento della tracciabilita e della documentazione di magazzino (ingressi/uscite). Aggiornamento inventario e supporto alla reportistica/KPI periodici. Interfaccia con i vari dipartimenti (QA, Commerciale, Supply Chain, Tecnico). Supporto al front office e alla segreteria (telefonate, pratiche). Attivita amministrative (registrazione e archiviazione fatture fornitori).
Requisiti

Titolo di studio: diploma di scuola superiore (o equivalente). Esperienza: preferibile in aziende biomedicali/farmaceutiche o contesti operativi simili; uso di carrelli elevatori, transpallet, hand truck. Competenze informatiche: basi del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel). Lingue: italiano ed inglese fluente. Patente: categoria B.

Role description

Dialife SA is seeking a Warehouse Manager & Administrative Assistant to manage warehouse operations and support administrative and front-office activities. The person will be responsible for proper receipt, identification, storage, and traceability of materials according to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, as well as basic administrative tasks (invoices, document filing, etc.).

Main responsibilities

Day-to-day warehouse operations: inbound/outbound handling and storage. Incoming inspections and correct labeling of materials. Maintaining traceability and warehouse documentation (receipts/issues). Inventory updates and support to periodic reporting/KPIs. Interface with various departments (QA, Sales/Commercial, Supply Chain, Technical). Front-office and administrative support (phone calls, general tasks). Administrative activities (recording and filing vendor invoices).
Requirements

Education: high school diploma (or equivalent). Experience: preferably in medical device/pharmaceutical companies or similar operational environments; use of forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks. IT skills: basic MS Office (especially Excel). Languages: fluent in Italian and English. Driver's license: Category B.
