Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Buyer Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Buyer, supporting the operational and administrative management of the purchasing cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter purchase orders into the system.
Manage communications with international suppliers professionally and effectively.
Coordinate with the Buyer to ensure efficient procurement processes.
Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor deliveries and inventory flows.
Perform back-office and administrative support tasks.
Use digital tools daily, especially Microsoft Excel, to optimize workflows
Requirements
French language skills
: native speaker or advanced level (C1-C2), Italian or English C1, German will be a plus;
Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
Quick learner, able to be operational from day one.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other digital tools.
Team player with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in back-office, administration, logistics, or purchasing office activities.
