Job Description

We are looking for a

Delivery Manager/Delivery Supervisor

to strengthen our CT&A (Commodity Trading & Agritech) Portfolio and lead end-to-end delivery for one of EPAM's key and growth enterprise clients in Geneva with regular travel to other offices within central Europe.


The role manages the full delivery scope and works in close partnership with Account Management, Business Development and Technology leadership, ensuring predictable delivery, strong client trust and sustainable account growth.


This role is designed to cover core delivery leadership responsibilities for a full client account. Depending on the client context and portfolio priorities, certain responsibilities may be phased, shared or adjusted to maintain focus on the highest-value outcomes.


The role combines delivery governance, financial and contractual accountability, people leadership and technology Leadership with a clear mandate to progressively drive delivery and client engagement toward a GenAI-native, agent-enabled delivery model, while ensuring transparency, predictability and trust with both client and internal EPAM stakeholders.

Responsibilities



Own end-to-end delivery for a full client account, across multiple initiatives and workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality and budget Establish and run delivery governance, cadence and reporting to ensure transparency and continuous improvement Enable data-driven delivery management using KPIs, dashboards and operational metrics Act as the primary EPAM delivery counterpart for client stakeholders, building trust-based, long-term relationships Manage expectations, risks and escalations proactively, fostering a no-surprises delivery culture Co-own delivery financial health, including forecasting, margin control and cost efficiency Manage MSA- and SOW-based delivery execution, ensuring contractual compliance, scope control and clear change management Partner with Account Management on delivery-led growth opportunities, including contribution to RFP/RFI responses Ensure effective staffing, onboarding, coaching and performance management across delivery teams Apply EPAM delivery standards and best practices; continuously optimize delivery models and operating practices Support delivery transformation initiatives, including adoption of GenAI-enabled and automation-driven delivery practices

Requirements



Proven experience in delivery leadership roles within consulting, outsourcing or IT services environments (e.g. Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Lead) Strong experience leading full client accounts or large-scale, multi-stream enterprise deliveries Solid experience managing contractual delivery under MSAs and SOWs, including scope, milestones and change governance Practical understanding of key legal concepts in technology consulting, such as data privacy, confidentiality, scope boundaries and delivery obligations Solid technology awareness, with experience operating in enterprise landscapes involving ERP platforms, cloud environments, data platforms and system integrations Experience working in cloud-centric environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) with understanding of hybrid or multi-cloud setups Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience within Agile and Waterfall delivery models Ability to translate technology and architecture concepts into pragmatic delivery plans, leading technology experts towards solution design ownership Expert in establishing solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, international, distributed team environments to meet obligations and deadlines Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage

Nice to have



Exposure to GenAI and automation concepts in delivery, governance or engineering contexts is a strong plus Experience contributing to commercial discussions, renewals or RFP/RFI activities is highly desirable
