Then we are looking for you for the position of Demi Chef de Partie (Sushi) for the 2025/2026 winter season!
Key Responsibilities


Daily mise en place for our sushi offerings in the various outlets Preparation and presentation of dishes Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen area Compliance with, development and co-creation of recipes Joint responsibility for the proper storage of food in accordance with HACCP guidelines Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Experience in Asian cuisine Experience in the creation and production of sushi and sashimi Interest in being part of a creative and motivated kitchen team and challenging yourself every season A calm, clean and focused way of working Team spirit and helpfulness as well as commitment and resilience Benefits
