Your responsibility

Prepare monthly payroll in line with Swiss legal requirements and collective labor agreements (CCNT)
Manage personnel administration: contracts, changes, absences, onboarding/offboarding, and certificates
Handle social insurances and administrative processes (AVS, LPP, accident, permits, etc.)
Liaise with internal stakeholders (accounting, HR, ) and external partners (insurances, authorities)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
Your profile

Education in Human Resources
Proven experience in Swiss payroll and HR administration, ideally under CCNT regulations
Solid understanding of Swiss labor law and social insurance system
Strong IT skills, familiarity with HR/payroll software (SAP, Mirus, Abacus, etc.)
Reliable, discreet, precise, and highly organized
Fluent in French; English or German is an asset
Swiss resident
