For our customer from the energy sector in Bern we are looking for ICT Supporter - Service Desk (Ref.N.: 924306).
Main tasks:
Supports the "Workplace" department manager and can provide information on the status of tickets.
Pre-analyze tickets in Serviceware (ITSM Suite) and resolve them if necessary
Dispatching incoming tickets, prioritizing them, and forwarding them to qualified staff (including team discussions).
Requirements:
Several years of experience in ICT support
Computer science / business informatics education or relevant professional experience
Know-how in the area of service management is an advantage.
Analytical and networked thinking is required.
Experience also at 2nd level desired
Languages:
German at least C1
