is looking for a

Full-time, On-site IT Support Specialist

in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will provide first- and second-level IT support and ensure smooth daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

first- and second-level suppor

t and resolve customer IT issues. Coordinate with

third-party vendors

to resolve complex AV-related issues.

Communicate clearly and timely

regarding issue status and resolution. Maintain accurate

ticket updates

for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot

Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber

. Provide basic support for

Mac OS / Apple devices

. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot

printers and computer hardware.

Perform

remedial repairs

on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve

network connectivity

and workstation hardware/software issues.

Requirements

Valid work permit for Switzerland

(mandatory). Several years of experience in the IT field.

Fluency in local language(s) and English

(mandatory).
