We're looking for a high-impact Commercial leader to lead our Swiss operations. This is more than a commercial role, it's a launchpad to a Managing Director position. You'll have full ownership of the organization, strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence, with the autonomy to drive growth, inspire teams, and deliver results.

What You Bring

• Proven Commercial leadership experience (5+ years), ideally in healthcare, pharma, or veterinary sectors.
• Proven change management
• A sharp commercial mind with a track record of delivering growth and profitability.
• Experience leading sales teams and building customer-centric strategies.
• Ability to work in matrix organization
• Fluent German and English (French and Italian a plus).
• A bold, strategic thinker with the drive to lead a business into its next chapter.

Your Impact
You'll report directly to the VP CEES, and work closely with regional and global leadership. You'll be the key interface between the Swiss team and the wider Covetrus organisation, aligning local execution with global ambition.
