Ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards Supporting production operators with complex manufacturing tasks Performing production steps according to detailed specifications Recording process parameters and performing quality checks Maintaining product integrity and traceability Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members Sharing best practices to promote a culture of collaboration

Your background

Completed vocational training in a technical field or equivalent experience in a production environment Good German skills, both written and spoken; English is a plus Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive team approach Willingness to work shifts and adapt to clean room requirements Processing production batches according to work instructions & training new employees (first level support) Precision in following instructions and documenting processes
