Job Description

We are looking for an Assurance Program & Tracking Coordinator to support a dynamic team in Geneva. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful compliance and safety program within a global context.
This is a mission at 80% for 9 months starting in September. Project Coordinator 80% for 9 months

Missions

Coordinate and support the execution of physical security and health & safety assessments
Track and follow up on corrective actions, ensuring timely implementation
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and digital tracking tools
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Provide administrative support, including invoice and cost tracking

Profil du candidat

A well-organized, detail-focused individual with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Someone who enjoys administrative tasks and is comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, data tracking systems, etc.)
A proactive communicator who can confidently engage with various stakeholders
Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Previous experience in coordination, compliance, or administrative roles
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience in luxury or hospitality sectors is a plus
