Considered as one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotel in Gstaad, LE GRAND BELLEVUE combines the luxury and the sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house.
We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position :
RESERVATION AGENT
Professional telephone and written acceptance Processing of reservation requests Active room and voucher sales Creation of offers Maintaining the guest database Guest service in three languages (d/f/e) as well as the associated correspondence
At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e) Good computer and MS Office skills Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud) * Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent
