Sous Chef

We are looking to hire a Sous chef in our Restaurant Simunye - Geneva. Simunye is a Modern Spanish restaurant with a twist, that blends with other international cuisines in the world. We change the menu weekly and offer a unique festive ambiance to our guests.
Role & Responsability:
Lead the Kitchen
Sous chef, however with the aim of becoming the head of the kitchen quite quickly.
Kitchen team lead - (team of 3)
Stock management
Kitchen management and cleaning
In charge of the Mise en place and dishes execution
Organization of the necessary Team's training and evaluation meetings
Shift:
Evening.
Starting time: From 15:30 till the end of service. (around 11-11.30pm depending on the day) + Delivery reception (Mornings, Max twice a week)
Operation days and hours. Tuesday to Saturday.
(Tuesday/Wednesday) 6pm - 00am
(Thursday/Friday/Saturday) 6pm - 2.00am
Contract:
100%
Permanent (with a 2/3 months trial period)
Off days - Sunday/Monday except if we are hosting special events
Daily dinner meal served in the restaurant included before the start of the service for free
Team yearly event and part of a training programme
Requirements:
English - fluent
Spanish - (Fluency will be a plus, but not an obligation, as we are mostly a Spanish Team)
At least 2-5 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a similar role on a busy restaurant.
Mediterranean cuisine knowledge (ideally Spanish cuisine)
Very Dynamic and flexible spirit as we are a restaurant concept that changes often the menu and its full set up from one day to the next.
Carismatic, extremely organised, clean, hardworker, humble and Responsible to manage our kitchen team and clients expectations well.
