Sous Chef
to join our dynamic kitchen team for a
6-month fixed-term contract
.
Your main responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards* Participate actively in menu planning and food preparation* Maintain smooth coordination with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction* Report to the F&B Manager in daily kitchen operations*
Your profile
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment* Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standards* A hands-on attitude and a passion for culinary excellence* Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure* German communication skills - English is a strong asset*
