Support multi-canal : telephonique, sur site et a distance Resolution des incidents via outils ITSM, escalades L3, suivi des SLA Accompagnement personnalise et service client premiumQualifications
Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais Experience ITSM (ServiceNow, GLPI ou equivalents) Permis de conduire valide (interventions terrain) Rigueur, autonomie, presentation professionnelleInformations supplementaires
