Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within the Kitchen department, the Executive Sous Chef supports and oversees all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the kitchens, assuming full responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef. The Executive Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef.
