Job Description

We are looking for someone who focuses on meeting the needs and expectations of the management, demonstrates empathy and desire to help, is proactive in solving problems, and possesses organizational and hospitality skills.

Preferably this person is as student looking for a part time job with the possibility of flexible working hours and being interested to work for a worldwide acting investment company.

Main tasks

:

Assists company's management with ad hoc tasks, usually including contacting various authorities via phone or email and personal matters Maintains office files and records in accordance with internal procedures Takes and passes on messages Welcomes visitors and provides for beverage (coffee, tea, juice) Coordinate meals (coffee break, lunch, dinner) delivery and setting during company events Maintains reception area, kitchen and meeting room clean and tidy Manages inventory and places orders to replenish needed materials Buys items from a store and/or arranges for delivery
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: CHF22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
